Shipping Policy

Partner Memorial operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier serving funeral homes, crematories, and memorial businesses across the United States.

  • Free Ground Shipping — Always
    All orders include complimentary ground shipping within the continental United States.
  • Order Processing
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days following successful checkout and payment confirmation.
  • Expedited Shipping Options
    Expedited shipping is available upon request.
  • Bulk Order Expedited Shipping
    Bulk orders may be upgraded to expedited shipping for a flat rate of $200.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders
    If you require delivery sooner than standard processing and transit times, please contact us via chat prior to or immediately after placing your order. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate expedited handling.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • All shipments are fulfilled via third-party carriers.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser upon carrier pickup.
  • Partner Memorial is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or transit-related issues outside of our control.

Returns, Damages & Claims

Due to the wholesale nature of our business:

  • All Sales Are Final
    All purchases are final and non-returnable once an order has been placed and processed.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    Purchasers must notify Partner Memorial within 5 business days of delivery of any:

    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect shipments

    Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Resolution
    Upon verification, Partner Memorial will, at its sole discretion:
    • Replace the affected items, or
    • Issue a store credit
  • Condition of Goods
    Any items subject to review must remain unused and in original packaging.

By completing checkout, the purchaser certifies that:

  • The purchase is made on behalf of a business entity
  • The products are intended for commercial or professional use
  • The purchaser agrees to these Shipping & Returns terms in conjunction with our Terms of Service
